Maintenance Service
For optimal functionality and to prevent disruptions, we recommend servicing the machine based on usage, quality requirements, or after every 10,000 press cycles. A six-month warranty is provided on labor and parts for all repairs.
The maintenance service at AGB includes:
- Thorough inspection of your tool
- Replacement of hydraulic oil and worn parts
- Checking and calibrating press pressure
Calibration
Klauke and Greenlee machines typically do not require calibration if serviced regularly based on usage, quality and industry standards, or after every 10,000 press cycles.
