Due to a security-related incident with one of HELUKABEL's vendors, we are currently unable to provide delivery notices, order confirmations and provide certain other services.
The vendor in question has opted to shut down all network traffic to their operating environments as a precaution, meaning our systems are currently unavailable. We apologize for what happened and the problems that this causes. We accept orders by mail and will process them as soon as our system is up and running again.
On Thursday afternoon, our ERP-system provider detected signs in the IT environment that suggested an external threat. Our provider has been working around the clock to deal with the situation and has already restarted some systems and is planning for a continued gradual restart of network traffic. We hope to receive an update during the day regarding the restart of our system. We will update our customers as soon as we have more information.
